Please note: it is still planned to host the 2020 Great British Model Railway Show at the British Motor Museum at Gaydon in November, but due to the current COVID-19 pandemic we are not yet in a position to confirm this and will be guided by Government guidelines/restrictions. The current position is that the museum re-opened in July and is running some of its planned special events and therefore sees no reason not to proceed with GBMRS, unless there is a rise in the infection rate and further restrictions are imposed. We will update our position on this website on a regular basis as we get closer to the show dates. Meanwhile advanced tickets are currently available.

Without doubt or question today was the BEST EVER I have spent at any Railway Exhibition, big or small.

The venue was also exceptional – being surrounded by classic cars really added to the feeling that it was a special day.
Well done all those involved in organising the event.

I think it’s fair to say the show was a favourite of mine – everyone I spoke to was so complimentary of the show, I’m excited for next year already!
M. Hoeren
The show certainly lived up to its name!
